Controversial Nigerian musician Portable has confronted popular Nollywood actor Odunlade Adekola following a viral video featuring actress Ashabi Simple.
Frukemtv reports that Portable's fourth baby mama, Ashabi, was seen in a viral clip hugging Odunlade, who playfully asked her if she had received permission from Portable for the hug. In the trending video shared by the actor on Instagram, he jokingly said, "Please, for God's sake, I hope you have taken permission from Portable before hugging me? Please go and inform him, okay?"
In response to the video, Portable, feeling offended by the actor’s remarks, took to his direct messages to question the intent behind the statement. Portable wrote in Pidgin, "What did you say in that video with Ashabi Simple? Please, I respect my home and I don't use it for movies. Why did you say she should tell me before coming? Don't you receive money from her too?"
He continued, "But why is everyone saying I have problems? Can’t people say good things about me? I am loyal as well. Loyalty is more important than anything else."
