Ballon d'Or: Former Real Madrid Player Claims Connection Between Club and UEFA

Former Real Madrid star Clarence Seedorf has highlighted the importance of addressing an ongoing issue between the club and UEFA. 

The absence of Real Madrid from the recent Ballon d'Or ceremony has sparked conversations about potential underlying tensions. Seedorf noted, "It appears there are unresolved matters between Real Madrid and UEFA. It's crucial to keep these issues separate from the awards, as it detracts from the occasion." 

Despite not attending the ceremony, Real Madrid was honored with the Team of the Year award, and Carlo Ancelotti received the title of Men's Coach of the Year—testaments to the club's achievements. 
Additionally, Vinicius Jr. shared his thoughts on losing the Ballon d'Or to Manchester City’s Rodri, contributing to the ongoing discourse surrounding the event.

Believing he deserved the award, Vinicius expressed disappointment in a Twitter post, vowing to enhance his performance to secure the trophy in future editions. “I'll do it ten times if I have to. They're not ready,” he shared. X.

France Football published their 30-man list, featuring Rodri in first place after winning the Premier League and the European Championships, followed by Vinicius in second and Jude Bellingham in third.
